It is a free-flowing material with 90% of articles 2-4mm. Its hygroscopic nature means that it readily dissolves when on contact with the soil in humid conditions or a night dew This formulation offers a low risk of scorch and is often used as a final topdressing to a wide range of high-value crops. Yara fertiliser bags now contain a minimum of 30% recycled plastic
Calabrese: Apply 400 to 600 kg/ha in the base dressing (club root) or broadcast
Celery: Apply 400 to 600 kg/ha in the base dressing or broadcast
Chinese Cabbage: Apply 400 to 600 kg/ha in the base dressing (club root) or broadcast
Cucumber (field grown): Apply 400 to 600 kg/ha in the base dressing or broadcast.
Daffodil: 323 kg/ha as top dressing
Grass (grazing): For equine pasture, apply a maximum rate of 75 kg/ha in March as part of your fertilizer program
Nursery stock/ornamentals: First Year 323 kg/ha as top dressing. Second year onwards 645 kg/ha as top dressing
Nuts (deciduous): Apply 150-300kg/ha prior to bud burst early spring. To be applied as a band spread not as an overall broadcast. Exact recommendation depends on soil analysis and variety requirements. Refer to Yara fruit specialist for a detailed recommendation.
