Symptoms
The interveinal areas of the leaf become chlorotic, the main veins and a margin around them remain green. Older leaves are affected first.

Causes
Magnesium deficiency Manganese deficiency develops similar symptoms, but starts from younger leaves and at first even the smallest veins remain green.
